Remove before showering, swimming, or intense exercise.

Avoid contact with chemicals (perfumes, lotions), sweat, and high temperatures.

Protect from hard bumps or scratches. 

3. Monthly Cleansing : Crystals absorb energy. To keep their clean energy, we recommend cleansing them once a month:
